Creamy Mango Oreo Ice-Cream


So here is the most loving summer recipe of the year i.e. Creamy Mango Oreo Ice Cream. There are many ways to prepare mix ice cream and just to make the best, i am using most demanding flavors together which are liked by all age groups.

I am sure that even ‘specific flavor lovers’ going to love that one. The way famous brand chocolate brands are selling more of their ice creams during summer, so above combination is dreamy summer treat. Smile and excitement on your kids face going to tell you all about the worth of that flavor.

So lets begin to prepare easy creamy Mango and Oreo Ice Cream now.

Ingredients
150 gm condensed milk.
1 cup fresh mango puree.
300 ml low fat whipped cream.
1/2 cup crushed chocolatey oreo sandwich cookies.

Instructions

1. To prepare this ice cream, first of all we need to whip the cream. For this we need chilled bowl and chilled beaters before beating the cream. Then start beating the cream until it turn fluffy.

2. Now add condensed milk and mix well.

3. Now take two containers and divide mixture into two equal parts.

4. Take a container and add mango puree in it and mix it well (for dark color, you can use yellow food color) cover and keep it into the freezer at least 4 hours minimum.

5. Now take another container and add crushed oreo cookies in it and mix them well, then cover and keep it into the freezer for same timings.

6. Once frozen , take a ice-cream cup or any server, scoop the both ice-creams and garish it as your choice or serve as it is….Enjoy!!😊

Wheat Flour Chocolate Brownie(Eggless)


On the special Occasion of “Mothers Day” today i am gonna share a sweet recipe which is my all time favorite and it is as sweet as moms love.

I am dessert lover and brownies are my all time favorite. Some people like fudge brownies but i like cakey and more chocolatey.

Brownies are one of American best culinary invention. To make it more healthier i am using wheat flour instead of all purpose flour. You can prepare it in Microwave and cooker also but i am going to a share oven method.

Ingredients

1.5 cup wheat flour
85 gms butter
100 gms dark chocolate
3.5 table spoon Coco powder
1/2 cup + 2 table spoon sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 table spoon yogurt
1/4 cup milk(luke warm)
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup chopped almonds
Instructions

1. To prepare Wheat flour eggless chocolate brownie we need to preheat the oven at 180℃.

2. Now mix the dry ingredients together in a big bowl – wheat flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder.

3. Now sift the mixture 2 times and set aside.

4. Now take a big bowl, add chocolate and butter together and melt it in the Microwave (at medium temp for 1.5 mins) or double boiler. Meanwhile grease the baking tin.

5. Now take it out and mix well, after mixing add sugar, vanilla, whisked yogurt and nuts together and mix it very well.

6. Now add wheat flour mixture in it and mix well, pour this mixture into the greased tin, tap it 2 to 3 times, sprinkle  some crushed chocolate and walnut over it and then bake it in preheated oven for about 25 to 30 minutes.

 

7. When it is cool completely, cut into squares shape and serve with hot tea and enjoy it with your mamma… Happy Mothers Day!!

There are multiple ways that we can use Pomegranate to add value in our taste and in our health too. Apart from being healthy, there are some other natural benefits of pomegranates like these are antioxidant, anti-viral and anti-tumor properties and are said to be a good source of vitamins, especially vitamin A, vitamin C, and vitamin E, as well as folic acid.

During normal or high summer, human body is always in need of hydration and pomegranate cooler is one of the best hydration drink in summer because its multiple benefits with delicious taste. So today i am going to share an easy and super quick mocktail recipe pomegranate cooler, hope you all enjoy it…🍷🙂

Ingredients

1/2 cup fresh pomegranate seeds.1

Tea spoon lemon juice.1

2 to 14 fresh mint leaves.P

Pinch of black salt.

1 can chilled soda.

1.5 Tea spoon sugar syrup or powder suger.

4 to 5 Crushed ice cube.

Instructions

1. To prepare pomegranate cooler first we blend the half amount of pomegranate seeds.

2. Now crush the mint leaves with help of mortar pestle.

3. Take a glass, add 2 table spoon of blended pomegranate juice in it. Then add crushed mint leaves.

4. Now add 1 table spoon pomegranate seeds in it.

5. Add pinch of black salt, some crushed ice cube (according to taste) sugar syrup and then add soda in it. Mix slightly.

6. Now pomegranate cooler is ready to serve…garnish it with lemon wedge and enjoy this super cool mocktail recipe in hot summer days!!

Khoa Pethha(Ash Gourd Sweet) Laddu

There are many varieties and flavors of khoa (Dried whole milk) laddu like kesar khoa laddu, dry fruits khoa laddu and plain khoa laddu.

Today i am going to share khoa pethha laddu recipe especially for navratri fasting. Recipe is very simple which contains khoya, coconut powder, ash gourd sweet (pethhe ki mithai) and some dryfruits only.

This is one of the best North Indian sweet and famous for its taste. So must try once and after that i am sure, you will also become a big fan of it…

 

Ingredients

 

300 gram khoa (Crumbled)

150 gram Ash gourd sweet(pethhe ki mithai).

100 gram coconut powder

8 Almonds (chopped)

 

Instructions

 

1. To prepare khoa pethha laddu firstly we need to grate the ash gourd sweet.

2. Now take a big plate and add khoa, grated pethha sweet and half quantity of coconut powder in it.

3. Mix them very well.

4. Now make smooth lemon sized ball out of the mixture and then cover it with coconut powder.

5. Likewise prepare all laddu and garnish them with chopped almonds.

This is very easy and super tempting recipe, So you can prepare it on any fasting or Navratri fast or any special occasion like Diwali, Rakshabandhan or whenever you want to eat something sweet…Enjoy!!😊

 We can made it by mixing bite sized fruit pieces with fresh sweet whipped cream. So its tastier way to get kids and adults eating more and more fruits. 

Its one of the quickest recipe and you can make it in less than 10 minutes. This is perfect option for party dessert because you can make it ahead of time and just add fruits when you are ready to serve it. So lets prepare fruits cream today

 For cream

2 cups fresh whip cream

1/2 cup condensed milk

1 tsp vanilla essence

3 tblsp vanilla ice cream (optional)

1 1/2(1.5) cup bite-sized fruit pieces as per your choice.

Chocolatey strawberries are perfect idea for kitty parties, small birthday parties and for kids parties too. So you can prepare it on special occasion or whenever you like to eat something sweet. This is very quick and easy recipe and ingredients are easily available all over. So lets celebrate Valentines day with super yummy dessert –

Ingredients

12 fresh strawberries.

1/2 cup dark chocolate chip.

1/2 cup white chocolate chip.

12 tooth pick

2 tablespoon Coconut powder.

20 almonds (finely chopped or coarsely ground).

Any topping As per your choice.

Instructions

 

1. Firstly wash and dry the strawberries.

2. Now melt dark chocolate chip in microwave on medium-high heat for 1 or 2 minutes only. Then smooth it with the help of spoon.

3. Now Melt the white chocolate chip in microwave on medium-high heat for 1 or 2 minutes only. Then smooth it with the help of spoon.

4. Now insert the tooth pick on the top of strawberry then dip it into the melted chocolate, swirl it as needed to completely coat it in chocolate. Shake it gently to remove excess chocolate. Then coat it with any topping which you have like crushed almonds, coconut powder and others.

5. Likewise prepare all strawberries. The toppings of strawberries are unlimited you can use mini choco chips, and you can make design on them with chocolate filled piping bag or whatever you like to do for making attractive toppings.

6. Keep aside for 1 or 2 hrs and then you can serve and enjoy!!

.Note For perfect result make sure the strawberries are very dry.

After rinsing its better to wipe them with kitchen towel.

Kesari Halwa Or Rava Kesari


Today i am going to share an easy and quick dessert recipe which will add more colors and brightness to Special “Basant Panchmi occasion”. This is almost the beginning of spring season and season of blossom flowers so in line with that – we can see many varieties of yellow dishes on occasion of Basant Panchmi.

Basant Panchami is celebrated on the fifth day of Magh Masa ( During mid of Jan or Feb). This festival is especially considered for lover of art and education. Basant panchami is also celebrated as the birthday of Goddess Saraswati… So my this recipe is dedicated to Goddess Saraswati..

This  is popular indian dessert – Rava Kesari or Kesari Halwa. It is one of the easiest dessert recipe made by Samolina, pure ghee, sugar and nuts only. So Lets celebrate Basant Panchami with this delicious dessert

Ingredients

1/2 Cup semolina/suji/rava.

3 Tablespoon pure ghee/clarified butter.

4 Tablespoon sugar.

1 and 1/3 cups of water.

Pinch of saffron.

1 Teaspoon milk.

1/3 Teaspoon green cardamom powder.

2 Tablespoon mixed dry fruits as per your choice.

Pinch of kesari food color.

Instructions

1. Take a non-stick pan, add semolina and clarified butter in it.

2. Now on medium flame, roast them until nice aroma comes out from it(stir continuously).

3. Meanwhile take 1 teaspoon milk and soak pinch of saffon in it.Keep aside.

4. When rava roast evenly and turn into light golden in color, then add water, sugar, pinch of kesari food color and soaked saffron, as well stir continuously to avoid forming lumps.

5. Now add cardmom powder, dry fruits and cook it for more 3 or 4 minutes. Now Kesari halwa or Rava kesari is ready to be served….Happy Basant panchami!!
