Healthy Coconut Popsicles

Only 3 ingredients (except water)

Coconut milk is a good source of several vitamins and minerals.

It can improve the health of the digestive system and promote digestion. Coconut milk can be used in a variety of recipes and today i am going to share one of them. It is coconut milk Popsicles, this is very easy recipe and very healthy for kids and all other ages.

In this recipe we will make coconut Popsicle with fresh coconut milk and some other ingredients.


1 fresh coconut
1/2 cup condensed milk
1 tea spoon custard powder


1. To prepare healthy coconut Popsicle, first of all crack coconut shell and remove coconut from it.

2. Now cut the coconut in small chunks or you can grate them.

3. Now add 1 cup of water and coconut chunks in blender and grind them very well.

4. Strain this mixture into muslin cloth and squeez out all the coconut milk from the muslin cloth.

5. Now coconut milk is ready, pour this milk in a sauce pan add condensed milk, 1 tea spoon custard powder in it and mix well.

6. After mixing, boil this mixture and set aside to cool.

7. Pour this mixture evenly into the popsicle moulds and keep it into the freezer at least 3.5 hours or overnight.

To easily remove the ice pops, run under water to help loosen from the mould.

Then serve and enjoy!!

I like Coconut flakes in my coconut Popsicles so i add 2 tea spoon coconut flakes in it.

Homemade Cottage Cheese Or Paneer



Cottage cheese or paneer is one of the easiest cheese to make, If you’ve never tried making cheese, you’ll be amazed to learn that it can be as fast and easier as making tea😜. Cheese making recipe is easy, quick and very useful. Cheese can be used in different ways, you can use it as salad, dessert, vegetables, plain or some other uses. Cottage cheese is easily available in market but homemade cheese is more comfortable to use because its pure and hygienic.

Its require few ingredients..So lets begin to make this useful recipe..



1.5 liter Milk

2 tbsp or as required white vinegar or lemon juice.



1. First boil the milk on high heat in a thick bottomed pan.



2.As soon as milk starts boiling turn the heat medium and then add white vinegar or lime juice in it. Keep on stirring the milk very slowly with a spoon.




3. In about 2-3 minutes complete whey will be seprated from paneer, pour the curdled milk into pan or bowl lined with a thin cotton napkin.


4.Once you are done adding all the curdle milk then bring together the edges of the cotton napkin and gently squeeze out the remaining whey from it.



5. Rinse the collected bundle of paneer in water this will get rid of the after taste and smell of both lime juice or vinegar,keep a weight on the paneer bundle for 1 to 2 hrs.


6. Paneer is ready now,take out paneer in a plate and cut in cubes Or as ur choice.😊wp-1481317658396.jpg

There are many varities and flavors of Peda like chocolate peda, kesar peda and normal peda. Today i am going to share basic peda recipe because we are in Navratri fasting period. Recipe is very simple which contains Khoya, powder sugar and dry fruits. This is one of the old indian traditional sweet and famous for its taste. So lets start making this yummy sweet….😊



1/2 cup khoa

1/2 + 1 tbsp powder sugar

1 tsp green cardamom powder

1 tsp coarsely grounded pistachios




1. Take a big plate add khoa, powder sugar and cardamom powder in it.


2. Mix them very well with greased hands.


3. Now make smooth lemon sized ball out of the mixture and slightly flatten the balls by pressing gently with your palm.


4. Garnish with grounded pistachios and serve with cold or hot milk as your choice ….during Navratri this is very good option for dessert.


Milk Powder Chhena Burfi

Milk powder or khoya chhena burfi is a very delicious indian sweet.You can make it on any special occasion like Holi, Diwali , Rakhshabandhan or anytime whenever you are in mood to eat somthing sweet.It is very easy to prepare and very delicious in taste, for prepare this yummy sweet you just need chhena, milk powder, condensed milk, clarified butter, food color (optional) and some pistachios only. So lets celebrate this Rakshabandhan with this delicious indian sweet Milk powder chhena burfi.



1.5 liter Milk

2 tbsp lime juice or white vinegar

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup milk powder

1 cup condensed milk

4 green cardamom (crushed)

3 tbsp clarified butter (ghee)

1 tbsp pistachios (chopped)

1/8 tsp saffron (optional)

1 or 2 drops yellow food color (optional).



1. We need to prepare chhena first. Boil the milk on high heat in a thick bottomed pan.

2. As soon as milk starts boiling turn the heat medium and then add white vinegar or lime juice in it. Keep on stirring the milk very slowly with a spoon.

3. In about 2-3 minutes complete whey will be seprated from chhena, pour the curdled milk into pan or bowl lined with a thin cotton napkin.

4. Once you are done adding all the curdle milk then bring together the edges of the cotton napkin and gently squeeze out the remaining whey from it.

5. Rinse the collected bundle of chenna in water, by this you will get rid of the after taste and smell of both lime juice or vinegar,keep a weight on the chenna bundle for 6 to 7 minutes.

6. Chenna is ready now.


7. Now mash the chhena coarsely and add sugar, condensed milk, cardamom powder and ghee. Mix well.

8. Now heat the mixture in a thick bottom pan.


9. When sugar completely dissolve add milk powder and cook on medium heat with constant stirring until the mixture become thick and starts leaving the sides of the pan.


10. Switch off the flame and spread onto a greased plate. And garnish with pistachios and saffron.




11. Cool and cut into squares or your desire shapes. And decorate with food color as shown in pictures. Now your delicious Milk powder chhena burfi is ready to serve……Enjoy & Happy Rakshabandhan.😊


Tricolor Milky Heart Bite

Tricolor milky heart bite is my own creation to add more sweet taste on the occasion of Indian Republic day. This sweet and salty dessert is made of bread and thick milk spread. Though i am trying to add more worth to special day however you can make this quick and easy dessert on your kids birthday party or any other kitty party. So lets celebrate Republic day with tricolor milky heart bite.


6 slices of white bread

1 cup full cream milk

1/2 cup sugar for sugar syrup

1/2 cup water

2 tbsp mix dry fruits (crushed)

Pinch of orange food color

Pinch of green food color

3 tbsp coconut powder

1/2 tsp sugar for milk



1. In a medium saucepan – mix sugar and water together. Let it boil, stir it until sugar get dissolved. Keep aside to cool.

2. On medium heat, in a thick bottomed pan add milk and let it boil until it becomes thick like condensed milk. (Stir constantly)

3. Now add sugar and dry fruits in it and mix well. Then remove from the heat and keep aside to cool.


4. Cut all the bread slices in heart shape.



5. Now dip one bread slice in sugar syrup only just for a second and take out press lightly and then keep it in plate. Likewise another slice (as shown in picture).


6. Now spread milky dry fruits mixture on the top of one slice and cover it from the another slice. (As shown in picture).


7. Now coat it with coconut powder. And keep aside.



8. Now divide sugar syrup in two equal parts and mix orange & green color separately.






9. Likewise first heart bite, prepare another two in orange & Green color (as shown in picture). And before serving keep them into refrigerator for 2 hrs. Then sprinkle some dry fruits and serve chilled……Enjoy Happy Republic Day!!

आवश्यक सामग्री

6 सफ़ेद ब्रेड

1 कप फुल क्रीम दूध

1कप चीनी (चाशनी के लिए)

1 कप पानी

2 बड़ी चम्मच मिक्स सूखे मेवा (दरदरे कुटे)

एक पिंच संतरी रंग (खाने वाला)

एक पिंच हरा रंग (खाने वाला)

1/2 छोटी चम्मच चीनी दूध में डालने के लिए

3 बड़ी चम्मच नारियल पाउडर

निर्देशानुसार बनाएं

1. एक पैन में 1 कप चीनी और 1कप पानी को चलाते हुए एक साथ उबालें. चीनी के पानी में अच्छी तरह घुल जाने के बाद गैस बंद कर दें. और चाशनी को ठंडा होने के लिए एक तरफ रख दें.

2. एक भारी तली के पैन में मध्यम आंच पर दूध को लगातार चलाते हुए उबालें. जब दूध कंडेंस्ड मिल्क की तरह गाढ़ा हो जाए इसमें चीनी और सूखे मेवा डालकर अच्छी तरह मिलाएं. गैस बंद कर दें और एक तरफ ठंडा होने के लिए रख दें

3. सभी ब्रेड की स्लाइसेस को 💙हार्ट शेप में काट लें

4. अब एक स्लाइस को चाशनी में 1 सेकंड के लिए भिगोए और बाहर निकाल कर हल्के हाथ से दबाए और एक प्लेट में रख ले. इसी प्रकार दूसरी ब्रेड स्लाइस को तैयार करें.

5. अब चाशनी से निकाली गई एक स्लाइस के ऊपर दूध और सूखेमेवा वाले मिक्सचर को फैलाए. अब उसके ऊपर दूसरी स्लाइस रख कर इसे कवर करें.

6.अब इस तैयार की गई बाइट को नारियल पाउडर से अच्छी तरह कवर करें.

7. अब चाशनी को दो बराबर हिस्सो में बांट लें. एक हिस्से में संतरी रंग मिलाए और दूसरे में हरा रंग मिलाए. अब इन दोनों रंग की चाशनी में ब्रेड स्लाइस को भिगोकर वैसे ही तैयार करें जैसे पहली हार्ट बाइट को किया था.

8. सभी बाइट्स के तैयार हो जाने के बाद इन्हें 2 घंटे फ्रीज़ में रखे और उसके बाद सूखे मेवा से सजाकर परोसें…….गणतंत्र दिवस की हार्दिक शुभकामनाएं……..वन्दे मातरम।।

Rose milk is very refreshing and cooling summer beverage. This is healthy and delicious drink and good choice to give it kids in summers. You can also add chopped nuts in the Rose milk if you want. So lets enjoy this cool recipe.

1.Milk = 2 cups
2. Rose syrup = 3 tbsp
3. Ice cubes = 1/2 cup
4. Sugar = 2 tbsp



1. First boil milk and sugar together then set aside to cool.

2. Now pour milk, rose syrup and ice cubes in a jar or jug.

3. Mix it very well.

4. Serve chilled.

आवश्यक सामग्री

1. दूध = 2 कप
2. रोज सिरप = 3 बड़ी चम्मच
3. बर्फ के टुकड़े = आधा कप
4. चीनी = 2 बड़ी चम्मच


निर्देशानुसार बनाएं

1. पहले दूध और चीनी को एक साथ उबाल लें उसके बाद ठंडा होने के लिए एक तरफ रख दें.

2. अब दूध, रोज़ सिरप, और बर्फ के टुकड़ो को किसी जग में डाले.

3. इन्हें बहुत अच्छी तरह मिला लें.

4. ठंडा परोसे.


Eggless Tutti Fruity Cake

Eggless tutti fruity cake is soft rich, buttery, moist and fragrant cake which will turn as one of your favorite dessert. It is easy to bake, delight to eat, freshly baked tutti frutti cake/loaf recipe with step by step pictures-


1. All purpose flour = 1 cup
2. Wheat flour = 2 tbsp
3. Fine semolina = 1 tsp
4. Milk powder = 2 tbsp
5. Corn starch = 1 tsp (Optional)
6. Sugar = 1/3 cup
7. Butter = 80 gm(room temperature)
8. Milk = as required
9. Yogurt = 1/2 cup (whisked)
10. Condensed milk = 1/2 cup
11. Baking powder = 1 tsp
12. Baking soda = 1/2 tsp
13. Home made tutti fruity = 1/2 cup
14. Home made raisins = 2 tbsp
15. Pinch of yellow food color (Optional)
16. Vanilla essence = 1 tsp
17. Cardamom (crushed )= 1 tsp (Optional)
18. White vinegar = 1 tbsp
19. Pinch of salt
20 Plain flour for dusting = 1 tbsp





1. Preheat oven at 180℃ . Prepare a loaf tin by applying oil on it and dusting with flour.


2. Sift the all purpose flour, wheat flour, semolina, corn starch, baking powder, baking soda and pinch of salt together and mix it well.

3. Take a big bowl and add butter, condensed milk, sugar, yogurt, vanilla essence and mix it well until it turns in a creamy texture.



4. Now sprinkle some plain flour over the tutti fruity and spread it well .(Dusting the tutti frutti with some flour before incorporating them in the batter helps in even distribution preventing them from sinking at the bottom of the cake).





5. Now add the dry ingredients in the wet mixture. Mixing very well and for the right consistency add milk if needed.


6. Add tutti fruity and raisins and at last add white vinegar and then mix it well.

7. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf tin and tap well. Sprinkle some crushed cardamom .


8. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes.


9. The top should turn golden brown and a tester (tooth pick) should come out clean.



10. Allow the cake to cool for 1 hrs then slice and enjoy with Hot Tea or Coffee.

*टूटी फ्रूटी केक* (अंडा रहित)


आवश्यक सामग्री

1. मैदा = 1 कप
2. आटा = 2 बड़ी चम्मच
3. सूजी = 1 छोटी चम्मच
4. मिल्क पाउडर = 2 बड़ी चम्मच
5. कॉर्न स्टार्च = 1 छोटी चम्मच ( ऐच्छिक)
6. चीनी = 1/3 कप
7. मक्खन = 80 ग्राम (साधारण तापमान का)
8. दूध = आवश्यकता अनुसार
9. दही = 1/2 कप (फैंटी हुई)
10. कंडेंस्ड मिल्क = 1/2 कप
11. बेकिंग पाउडर = 1 छोटा चम्मच
12. बेकिंग सोडा = 1/2 छोटी चम्मच
13. टूटी फ्रूटी(होम मेड) = 1/2 कप
14. किशमिश (होम मेड) = 2 बड़ी चम्मच
15. 1 पिंच पीला रंग(खाने में प्रयोग होने वाला)( ऐच्छिक)
16. वनीला एसेंस = 1 छोटी चम्मच
17. हरी ईलायची( दरदरी कुटी हुई) = 1 छोटी चम्मच (ऐच्छिक)
18. सफ़ेद सिरका = 1 बड़ी चम्मच
19. 1पिंच नमक
20. मैदा छिड़कने के लिए = 1छोटी चम्मच

(ऐच्छिक सामग्री को आप अपनी मर्जी के अनुसार प्रयोग में ला सकते हैं और मर्जी के अनुसार ही हटा सकते हैं)

निर्देशानुसार बनाएं

1. ओवन को 180℃ तापमान पर गरम करें. केक के लिए लोफ टिन को तैयार करें. टिन में थोडा तेल लगाकर उसके ऊपर मैदा छिड़के और अतिरिक्त मैदा को गिरा दें

2. मैदा, आटा, सूजी, कॉर्न स्टार्च, बेकिंग पाउडर, बेकिंग सोडा एक पिंच नमक इन सब को एक साथ छाने और अच्छी तरह मिलाएं

3. एक बड़ा कटोरा लें उसमे मक्खन, कंडेंस्ड मिल्क, चीनी, दही, वनीला एसेंस डालकर अच्छी तरह क्रीमी होने तक मिलाएं

4. अब 1 चम्मच मैदा टूटी फ्रूटी के ऊपर छिड़के और अच्छी तरह मिलाएं. ( इससे टूटी फ्रूटी केक की सतह में नहीं जमेगी).

5. अब सूखे मिश्रण को गीले मिश्रण के साथ बहुत अच्छी तरह मिलाएं और अगर मिश्रण गाढ़ा लग रहा है तो इसमें आवश्यकता अनुसार दूध मिलाकर कर मिश्रण को सही कंसिस्टेंसी का बनाएं

6. टूटी फ्रूटी व् किशमिश मिलाएं और सबसे आखिर में 1 चम्मच सफ़ेद सिरका मिलाएं और मिश्रण को अच्छी प्रकार से मिला लें

7. मिश्रण को तैयार किए गए टिन में डाले. टिन को पूरा नहीं भरे आधा ख़ाली छोड़ दें ताकि केक को फैलने के लिए पर्याप्त स्थान मिल सके. अब टिन को खटखटा कर इसके ऊपर दरदरी पिसी हरी ईलायची डालें.

8. गरम किए गए ओवन में 30 से 35 मिनट के लिए बेक करें.

9. बेक होने के बाद केक की ऊपरी सतह सुनहरी होनी चाहिए और केक के केंद्र को किसी टूथ पिक से चैक करें वो टूथ पिक केक से साफ बाहर आनी चाहिए.

10. केक को 1 घंटे तक ठंडा होने दें उसके बाद टुकड़ो में काट कर गरम चाय या कॉफी के साथ आनंद लें
