Non-Alcoholic Arabic Champagne

This Champagne is a refreshing non-alcoholic drink of Saudi Arabia. You can easily get this Champagne in every good restaurant or Hotels within Saudi Arabia.

In this country alcohol is not allowed and that’s why they prepare their own drinks but this Champagne is one the most popular drink here and everywhere.

The reasons of its popularity are, You can prepare it easily and its need only few ingredients which are easily available everywhere. So lets see how prepare this party drink…


1/2 liter Apple juice
1 can non – alcoholic beer
1 apple
1 orange
1 lemon
4 sprigs mint
Some ice cubes

(Liquid ingredients)


1. To prepare Arabic Champagne firstly you need to wash all fruits and vegetables.

2. Now thinly slice apple, lemon, orange.

3. Now in a pitcher add apples, oranges, ice cubes and mint leaves.

4. Pour juice and beer over them. Shake it well.

5. Serve chilled!



Pink Lemonade

Pink Lemonade is a super cool and quick recipe. This is one of the best recipe too for summer which all age group going to enjoy. Moreover it will explore and show your creativity through this cool drink as different from normal routine drink. 

There are multiple ways of making Lemonade or pink lemonade, here i am using mixed berry juice and plain soda for making pink lemonade. This is perfect mocktail recipe for summer parties.

2 can chilled plain soda
1/4 cup mixed berry juice
2 tea spoon lemon juice
1/2 tsp ginger juice
1 table spoon powder sugar
8 mint leaves
Ice cubes


1. To prepare pink Lemonade, first of all add soda, lemon juice, powder sugar, mint leaves in a pitcher and mix them well.

2. Now add ice cubes and mixed berry juice in it and mix well.

3. Now pour this drink into glasses and top with mint leaves. Serve chilled!!😊

Al-Qahwa or Arabic coffee is a traditional beverage in Arabian culture. Qahwa is made from green coffee beans and cardamom. It is often served with dates. It is served from a special coffee pot called dallah and the coffee cups are small with no handle. It is also offered at most social events like weddings or parties. So lets begin to make this special coffee with Roop…hope you like it.



Green coffee (lightly roasted and coarsely ground) 1 tbsp
Green cardamom 1 tbsp (crushed)
Water 2.5 cups
Cloves 5 (optional)
Saffron 1/8 tsp (optional)

1. Bring water to boil in a pan. When it boils, add ground coffee.



2. After 10 minutes. Add cloves, crushed cardamom and stir once and boil for another 4 to 5 minutes.


3. Now switch off the flame, cover and let coffee grounds settle to the bottom for a minute.

4. Do not stir.

5. Now add the rose water and saffron if you are using them.

6. Strain and pour the steaming coffee into the flask or teapot.


7. Now its ready.


Serve with dates and Enjoy….!!


आवश्यक सामग्री

हरी कॉफी (हल्की भुनी और दरदरी पीसी हुई) 1 बड़ी चम्मच

पानी 2.5 कप
हरी इलाइची 1 बड़ी चम्मच (मसली हुई या दरदरी पीसी)
लोंग 5 (वैकल्पिक)
केसर 1/8 छोटी चम्मच (वैकल्पिक)
गुलाब जल 1 छोटी चम्मच (वैकल्पिक)

निर्देशानुसार बनाएं

1. एक पैन में पानी को उबालें . पानी के उबल जाने पर इसमें कॉफ़ी मिला दें

2. दस मिनट बाद इसमें लौंग, ईलायची, डालकर एक बार चलायें और फिर से 5 मिनट तक उबलने दें

3. अब गैस बंद कर दें , और इसे तब तक ढककर रखें जब तक कॉफ़ी पानी की सतह में न बैठ जाए

4. इस मिश्रण को बिल्कुल चलाना या हिलाना नहीं है

5. अब इसमें केसर और गुलाब जल मिलाए यदि आप ये दोनों चीज़ प्रयोग कर रहे हैं

6. अब इस अरेबियन कॉफ़ी या कहवा को केतली में छान लीजिये

7. कहवा परोसने के लिए तैयार है इसे आप खजूर के साथ परोसिए और एक नए स्वाद का आनंद लीजिये

Jal jeera is refreshing, traditional summer drink with lot of health benefits. Jal jeera not only quenches your thirst but also increases your appetite and aids in digestion. This refreshing energy drink has herbs and spices that have a cooling effect on the body and revive one’s appetite. Fresh mint and coriander leaves impart a refreshing fragrance and flavor.

1. Mint leaves = 1 cup
2. Coriander leaves = 1/2 cup
3. Ginger(grated) = 1/2 tsp
4. Lemon juice = 4 tbsp
5. Green chillies (chopped) = 3
6. Black salt = 1/2 tsp
7. Salt = 1/2 tsp
8. Chaat masala = 1/2 tsp
9. Rosted cumin seeds powder = 1 tsp.
10. Asafotida = 1 pinch
11. Black pepper powder = 1/2 tsp
12. Dried mango powder = 1/2 tsp
13. Chilled water = 5 cups
14. Unsweetened boondi for garnishing


1. Grind mint leaves, coriander leaves,green chillies and ginger in blender to fine paste.

2. Add 5 cups of water and all spices.

3. Add lemon juice and stir well.

4. Strain the spice mix and squeeze all the spicy water out. Discard the roughage.

5. Garnished with boondi and serve chilled.

6. Can be served with ‘pani-puri’


*जल- जीरा*

आवश्यक सामग्री

1. पुदीना पत्ती = 1 कप
2. धनिया पत्ती = 1/2 कप
3. अदरक(कसा हुआ) = 1/2 छोटी चम्मच
4. नींबू का रस = 4 बड़ी चम्मच
5. हरी मिर्च(कटी हुई) = 3
6. काला नमक = 1/2 छोटी चम्मच
7. नमक = 1/2 छोटी चम्मच
8. चाट मसाला = 1/2 छोटी चम्मच
9. भुना हुआ जीरा पाउडर = 1छोटी चम्मच
10. हींग = 1पिंच
11. काली मिर्च पाउडर = 1/2 छोटी चम्मच
12. अमचूर = 1/2 छोटी चम्मच
13. ठंडा पानी = 4 कप
14. सजावट के लिए बूंदी(मिठासरहित)

निर्देशानुसार बनाएं

1. पुदीना पत्ती, धनिया पत्ती, अदरक,हरी मिर्च को ब्लेंडर में बारीक़ पीस लें.

2. पांच कप पानी और सभी मसाले मिला लें.

3. नींबू का रस डालकर अच्छी तरह मिलाए.

4. अब इस मसाले वाले पानी को अच्छी तरह छान लें और बचे हुए मिश्रण को फेंक दें.

5. बूंदी से सजाकर ठंडा- ठंडा परोसे

6. इसे आप पानी- पूरी के साथ भी प्रयोग में ला सकते हैं



*Thandai Recipe*

Thandai is a very popular drink in North India made during Mahasivarathri and Holi. The word thandai means a coolant. It is coolant because of the balance of milk, nuts, herbs and spices it balances the heat in the body during summers hence known as thandai. This cold drink is made mainly with milk and almond. The other ingredients which are added are saffron, poppy seeds, melon seeds, rose petals, cardamom, fennel seeds and sugar. Adding cashew and pistachios are optional.lets get ready for this summer with coolest drink of the season.


Milk = 2 cups
Sugar = 1.5 tbsp
Saffron = 6 to 8 strands
Rose essence = 2 drops

To grind to a paste
Almonds = 20
Cashews = 10
Poppy seeds = 1 tsp
Fennel seeds = 1 tsp
Cardamom powder = 1/4 tsp
Peppercorns = 10


1. Take all the ingredients listed under ‘to grind’ and soak it in water for 3 to 4 hrs.Meanwhile boil milk.
Cool down and add sugar.

2. Take a tbsp of warm milk and soak saffrons in it.

3.Add a tsp of the saffron milk mixture to the milk.Peel of the skin of almonds and grind it along with other ingredients to a fine paste.

4. Then spoon the mixture and add it to the milk.

5. Mix well and set aside for 30 minutes.Then strain it.Discard the residue.

6. Add the remaining saffron milk (which we reserved in step2) to the strained almond and cashew milk.Add 2 drops rose essence and refrigerate it for an hr and add dried rose petals.Always serve chilled.
