Since this is the sweetest week of the year, today i am going to share a basic recipe of doughnuts.

These doughnuts are perfect for Valentine’s day party, kids birthday party and breakfast or snacks as well. This is very quick and easy recipe, so you can prepare it on special occasion or whenever you like to eat something sweet.

In this recipe, to decorate the doughnuts, i am using chocolate glaze, crushed oreo cookies, brown sugar, orange zest, coconut power and etc. But instead of them you can use your favourite options for glazed or decoration.


1.5 cup plain flour
1/2 cup milk (luke warm)
60 gram butter (unsalted, room temperature)
2 tea spoon sugar
1/3 tea spoon salt
1.5 tea spoon dry active yeast
Oil for deep frying

For glazing
1 table spoon brown sugar
1/4 tea spoon cinnamon powder
Melted chocolate


1. To prepare doughnut, firstly we need to knead the dough, take a big bowl add plain flour in it.

2. Now add butter, yeast, sugar and salt in it, mix well.

3. Now with the help of luke warm milk, knead the dough for doughnuts.

4. You need to knead this dought until it get soft or about 9 minutes.

5. Now cover this dough with cling wrap and keep aside for about 1 hour.

6. After 1 hour knead this again until 2 to 3 minutes.

7. Now spread some dry flour on the board and place the prepared dough on it.

8. Now with help of rolling pin roll it 1/2 inch thick.

9. Now cut the doughnuts with doughnuts cutter or glass and take a small cap of bottle and make holes in the centre of doughnuts.

10. Place doughnuts on a tray and brush all prepared doughnuts with oil. Cover and keep aside this tray for about 1 hour.

11. After 1 hour heat oil in a kadai, and fry all doughnuts on low flame.

12. When they turns golden in color, remove them from kadai and keep on absorbent paper.

13. For glaze melt chocolate, dip the doughnuts into creamy glaze.

Cookies And Cream Dessert

Whipped cream is a multi purpose ingredient, you can use it in multiple ways and today i am going to share a new way to use whip cream throughout this yummiest Cream & Cookies dessert.

This is a chilled creamy layered dessert with crunchy cookie crumbs. Its not only the quickest recipe but easy as well and you will find its worth more than the time and efforts you will spend on it. Your kids going to love it and going to be more demanding during this summer, moreover you can make it more tasty by using your favorite chocolates in it.

So lets get start to prepare this yummy cookies and cream dessert today.


200 ml whipping cream

1 table spoon icing sugar

2 table spoon hazelnut spread

1 tea spoon vanilla essence

10 oreo chocolate sandwich cookies


1. To prepare this recipe first of we need to whip the cream.

2. Take a bowl and add whipping cream in it and whip it until it becomes thick in consistency, then add vanilla essence and icing sugar in it,  mix well.

3. Now divide this cream into two equal portions.

4. Take one portion and add hazelnut spread in it and mix well.

5. Now coarsely crush the oreo cookies.

6. Now take small glasses and set them all three layer by layer – first hazelnut flavored whip cream then cookie crumbs over them and then simple sweet whip cream, likewise prepare all glasses and garnish them with your favorite chocolate.

Now this delicious dessert is ready…serve chilled!!😊👍

Creamy Mango Oreo Ice-Cream

So here is the most loving summer recipe of the year i.e. Creamy Mango Oreo Ice Cream. There are many ways to prepare mix ice cream and just to make the best, i am using most demanding flavors together which are liked by all age groups.

I am sure that even ‘specific flavor lovers’ going to love that one. The way famous brand chocolate brands are selling more of their ice creams during summer, so above combination is dreamy summer treat. Smile and excitement on your kids face going to tell you all about the worth of that flavor.

So lets begin to prepare easy creamy Mango and Oreo Ice Cream now.

150 gm condensed milk.
1 cup fresh mango puree.
300 ml low fat whipped cream.
1/2 cup crushed chocolatey oreo sandwich cookies.


1. To prepare this ice cream, first of all we need to whip the cream. For this we need chilled bowl and chilled beaters before beating the cream. Then start beating the cream until it turn fluffy.

2. Now add condensed milk and mix well.

3. Now take two containers and divide mixture into two equal parts.

4. Take a container and add mango puree in it and mix it well (for dark color, you can use yellow food color) cover and keep it into the freezer at least 4 hours minimum.

5. Now take another container and add crushed oreo cookies in it and mix them well, then cover and keep it into the freezer for same timings.

6. Once frozen , take a ice-cream cup or any server, scoop the both ice-creams and garish it as your choice or serve as it is….Enjoy!!😊

Wheat Flour Chocolate Brownie(Eggless)

On the special Occasion of “Mothers Day” today i am gonna share a sweet recipe which is my all time favorite and it is as sweet as moms love.

I am dessert lover and brownies are my all time favorite. Some people like fudge brownies but i like cakey and more chocolatey.

Brownies are one of American best culinary invention. To make it more healthier i am using wheat flour instead of all purpose flour. You can prepare it in Microwave and cooker also but i am going to a share oven method.


1.5 cup wheat flour
85 gms butter
100 gms dark chocolate
3.5 table spoon Cocoa powder
1/2 cup + 2 table spoon sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 table spoon yogurt
1/4 cup milk(luke warm)
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup chopped almonds

1. To prepare Wheat flour eggless chocolate brownie we need to preheat the oven at 180℃.

2. Now mix the dry ingredients together in a big bowl – wheat flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder.

3. Now sift the mixture 2 times and set aside.

4. Now take a big bowl, add chocolate and butter together and melt it in the Microwave (at medium temp for 1.5 mins) or double boiler. Meanwhile grease the baking tin.

5. Now take it out and mix well, after mixing add sugar, vanilla, whisked yogurt and nuts together and mix it very well.

6. Now add wheat flour mixture in it and mix well, pour this mixture into the greased tin, tap it 2 to 3 times, sprinkle  some crushed chocolate and walnut over it and then bake it in preheated oven for about 25 to 30 minutes.


7. When it is cool completely, cut into squares shape and serve with hot tea and enjoy it with your mamma… Happy Mothers Day!!

Chocolatey Strawberries

(Valentines Day Special Recipe)




I am deeply in love with strawberries and chocolates and if you also addicting to them, then this recipe is for you only. This recipe is special for valentines day – to spread love through healthier taste.


Chocolatey strawberries are perfect idea for kitty parties, small birthday parties and for kids parties too. So you can prepare it on special occasion or whenever you like to eat something sweet. This is very quick and easy recipe and ingredients are easily available all over. So lets celebrate Valentines day with super yummy dessert –



12 fresh strawberries.

1/2 cup dark chocolate chip.

1/2 cup white chocolate chip.

12 tooth pick

2 tablespoon Coconut powder.

20 almonds (finely chopped or coarsely ground).

Any topping As per your choice.






1. Firstly wash and dry the strawberries.


2. Now melt dark chocolate chip in microwave on medium-high heat for 1 or 2 minutes only. Then smooth it with the help of spoon.


3. Now Melt the white chocolate chip in microwave on medium-high heat for 1 or 2 minutes only. Then smooth it with the help of spoon.


4. Now insert the tooth pick on the top of strawberry then dip it into the melted chocolate, swirl it as needed to completely coat it in chocolate. Shake it gently to remove excess chocolate. Then coat it with any topping which you have like crushed almonds, coconut powder and others.


5. Likewise prepare all strawberries. The toppings of strawberries are unlimited you can use mini choco chips, and you can make design on them with chocolate filled piping bag or whatever you like to do for making attractive toppings.


6. Keep aside for 1 or 2 hrs and then you can serve and enjoy!!



.Note For perfect result make sure the strawberries are very dry.

After rinsing its better to wipe them with kitchen towel.




Eggless Nutella Swirl Cupcakes

Eggless Nutella swirl cupcakes are so delicious, light, fluffy, moist and had no cracks on the top. Nutella swirl is best in its taste and also the perfect option to replace another topping option in cakes.This is my favorite cupcake recipe till date mainly because these cupcakes don’t need to be decorated, you just put them in the oven and they’re done. To prepare these yummy eggless cupcakes you need ingredients all purpose flour, Nutella, butter, milk, condensed milk and some basics ingredients only. So lets begin to prepare these yummy eggless nutella cupcakes now.



1 cup all purpose flour

3 tbsp sweetened condensed milk

100g nutella

60g butter

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 cup luke warm milk

1 tsp vanilla essence

1.5 tsp natural white vinegar

1tbsp sugar


1. Preheat oven to 180℃.

2. Grease cupcake tin with apply some butter or cooking oil.

3. Take a big bowl and sift flour, baking powder, baking soda twice together in it. And keep aside.

4. Now in a large bowl, add butter, condensed milk, vanilla essence and sugar together and whisk them until combined or gets creamy texture.


5. Now mix wet and dry ingredients together with the help of luke warm milk.


6. Now add vinegar and mix well.


7. Take prepared cupcake tin or moulds and fill each cup about 2/3 full with better.


8. Drop 1 tsp of nutella to each and swirl it around a few times with a toothpick.



9. Bake them for 10 to 12 minutes. Check the cupcake by inserting a toothpick in the center of the cake. If it comes out clean that means cupcake is ready and if not then bake it for another 2 to 3 minutes.

10. Let the cake cool down for 3 to 4 minutes then serve with hot tea or coffee…….Enjoy!!😊

अंडा रहित न्यूटेला चक्राकार कपकेक


आवश्यक सामग्री

1 कप मैदा

3 बड़ी चम्मच कन्डेन्स्ड मिल्क

100 ग्राम न्यूटेला

60 ग्राम मक्खन

1छोटी चम्मच बेकिंग पाउडर

आधा छोटी चम्मच बेकिंग सोडा

1/2 कप हल्का गरम दूध

1 छोटी चम्मच वैनिला एसेंस

1.5 छोटी चम्मच सफ़ेद सिरका

1 बड़ी चम्मच चीनी

निर्देशानुसार बनाएं

1. 180℃ तापमान पर ओवन को प्रीहीट करें

2. कप केक टिन को मक्खन या तेल लगाकर बेकिंग के लिए तैयार करें.

3. एक बड़े कटोरे में मैदा, बेकिंग सोडा और बेकिंग पाउडर को एक साथ दो बार छान लें. और एक तरफ रख दें.

4. अब एक बड़े कटोरे में मक्खन, कंडेंस्ड मिल्क, वैनिला एसेंस और चीनी को एक साथ क्रीमी होने तक और सब चीज़ों के आपस में अच्छी तरह मिल जाने तक फैंटे.

5. अब मैदा वाले मिश्रण को मक्खन वाले मिश्रण में, दूध की सहायता से अच्छे प्रकार से मिला लें.

6. अब इसमें सिरका डालकर अच्छी तरह मिलाएं.

7. तैयार किए गए कप केक टिन में ये मिश्रण समान मात्रा में 2/3 डालें.

8. अब एक छोटी चम्मच न्यूटेला प्रत्येक कप के केंद्र में डालें जैसा की तस्वीर में दिखाया गया है. उसके बाद एक टूथपिक की सहायता से इसे कई बार गोल- गोल घुमा दें

9. सभी कप केक को ऐसे ही तैयार करके प्रीहीटिड ओवन में 10 से 12 मिनट के लिए बेक करें. बेक होने के बाद आप टूथपिक की सहायता से चैक करें यदि टूथपिक को कपकेक के अंदर डालने पर इसके ऊपर मैदा का मिश्रण चिपका हुआ नहीं आता है तो यह तैयार हैं और यदि मिश्रण चिपका हुआ आता है तो इसे दुबारा 2 से 3 मिनट के लिए बेक करें.

10. इन कप केक को 3 से 4 मिनट तक ठंडा होने दें.उसके उपरान्त गरम चाय या कॉफी के साथ परोसें और आनंद लें…..😊



No-bake chocolate biscuit cake

1. Digestive biscuits, tea biscuits = 1 big bowl
2. Dry fruits = 1 cup (chopped)
3. Sugar = 1 cup
4. Water = half cup
5. Butter = 80gm
6. Vanilla extract = 1 tsp
7. Cocoa powder = 3 tbs

Chocolate ganache

-Whipping cream = half cup
-Bittersweet chocolate, chopped = 1 cup


1.Break the biscuits into small pieces into a large bowl.

2.Heat a non-stick pan over medium high heat and toast dryfruits for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently to toast evenly.

3.Add toasted dryfruits over the biscuits.

4.Prepare the chocolate syrup. In a medium sauce pan add sugar and cocoa powder. Stir to combine and gradually add water, while stirring to combine well.

5.Add the butter and place over medium heat. Bring to boil for about 7-8 minutes stirring constantly.

6.Remove from heat and add vanilla extract. Set aside to cool slightly for about 10-15 minutes.

7.Pour the syrup over the biscuits and nuts and combine well using a large spatula or spoon.

8.Transfer the mixture into a non-stick round cake ware .

9.Press well using the back of the spoon or an offset spatula. Cover and refrigerate for about 30 minutes to 1 hr before preparing the chocolate ganache.

10.Prepare Chocolate Ganache. Place cream into a small saucepan and heat until just begins to boil. Pour hot cream over the chopped chocolate and let sit for 1 minute. Stir until smooth.

11.Pour ganache over the chocolate biscuit cake and refrigerate to set for about 3-4 hours or overnight before serving.

12.Decorate with toasted nuts or as ur choice , cut into slices and serve…..😊

🍫🍪चॉकलेट बिस्किट केक🍫🍪

🎂आवश्यक सामग्री🎂

1. बिस्किट = 1बाउल(आप अपनी इच्छानुसार कोई भी बिस्किट प्रयोग में ला सकते है लेकिन hide n seek and digestive बिस्किट का कॉम्बिनेशन काफी अच्छा रहता है)

2. सूखे मेवा = 1 कप( कटे हुए)
3. चीनी = 1कप
4. पानी = आधा कप
5. मक्खन = 80 ग्राम
6. वैनिला एक्सट्रेक्ट = 1 छोटी चम्मच
7. कोको पाउडर = 3 बड़ी चम्मच

चॉकलेट फ्रोअस्टिंग या सजावट के लिए आवश्यक सामग्री

1. विप्पिंग क्रीम = आधा कप
2. फ्रॉस्टिंग में प्रयोग लायी जाने वाली चॉक्लेट (बारीक़ कटी हुई) = 1कप

★निर्देशानुसार बनाएं★

1. बिस्किट को एक बड़े कटोरे में डालकर उनके छोटे छोटे टुकड़े कर लें।

2. मध्यम आंच पर एक नॉन स्टिक पैन गरम करें और इसमें सूखे मेवा को 5 मिनट तक लगातार चलाते हुए भूनें।

3. अब भूने गए मेवा को बिस्किट में मिला दें

4. चॉकलेट सिरप तैयार करने के लिए. एक मध्यम आकार का सॉस पैन लें इसमें चीनी कोको पाउडर डालकर अच्छी तरह मिलाए और थोडा-थोडा पानी डालकर लगातार चलाते हुए अच्छी तरहा मिला लें।

5. अब इसमें मक्खन मिलाकर मध्यम आंच पर रख दें. 7-8 मिनट तक उबालते हुए लगातार चलाते रहें।

6. गैस बंद कर दें और इसमें वैनिला एक्सट्रेक्ट मिलाएं. 10-15 मिनट तक ठंडा होने के लिए एक तरफ रख दें।

7. चॉकलेट सिरप को बिस्किट और सूखे मेवा के ऊपर अच्छी तरह फैलाए और किसी बड़ी चम्मच या करछी की सहायता से इस मिश्रण को बहुत अच्छी तरह मिलाएं।

8. इस मिश्रण को किसी नॉन स्टिक वृताकार केक टिन में अच्छी तरहा फैलाए।

9. इस मिश्रण को बहुत अच्छी तरह दबा दबा कर केक टिन में अच्छी तरह सेट करें और फ्रॉस्टिंग के लिए तैयार करने के लिए इसे कवर करके 1 घंटे या 30मिनट के लिए फ्रिज में रख दें।

10. चॉकलेट फ्रॉस्टिंग के लिए क्रीम को एक छोटे सॉस पैन में डालें और उबाल आने के बाद क्रीम को चॉकलेट के ऊपर डाल दें

11. एक मिनट बाद क्रीम और चॉकलेट को स्मूथ होने तक लगातार चलाते रहें. और इसके बाद इस मिश्रण को फ्रिज में रखे गए केक के ऊपर अच्छी तरह फैलाए.और केक को फिर से 3 से 4 घंटे या पूरी रात के लिए फ्रिज में रख दें और अपनी इच्छानुसार सूखे मेवा या किसी फल से सजाकर परोसे…….😊
