There are multiple ways that we can use Pomegranate to add value in our taste and in our health too. Apart from being healthy, there are some other natural benefits of pomegranates like these are antioxidant, anti-viral and anti-tumor properties and are said to be a good source of vitamins, especially vitamin A, vitamin C, and vitamin E, as well as folic acid.

During normal or high summer, human body is always in need of hydration and pomegranate cooler is one of the best hydration drink in summer because its multiple benefits with delicious taste. So today i am going to share an easy and super quick mocktail recipe pomegranate cooler, hope you all enjoy it…🍷🙂

Ingredients

1/2 cup fresh pomegranate seeds.1

Tea spoon lemon juice.1

2 to 14 fresh mint leaves.P

Pinch of black salt.

1 can chilled soda.

1.5 Tea spoon sugar syrup or powder suger.

4 to 5 Crushed ice cube.

Instructions

1. To prepare pomegranate cooler first we blend the half amount of pomegranate seeds.

2. Now crush the mint leaves with help of mortar pestle.

3. Take a glass, add 2 table spoon of blended pomegranate juice in it. Then add crushed mint leaves.

4. Now add 1 table spoon pomegranate seeds in it.

5. Add pinch of black salt, some crushed ice cube (according to taste) sugar syrup and then add soda in it. Mix slightly.

6. Now pomegranate cooler is ready to serve…garnish it with lemon wedge and enjoy this super cool mocktail recipe in hot summer days!!

Fruit Cream


In such health consious world today, fruits are having the most important place in all ways. Fruits are not important just because of their naturality or because of their color but for their unique nutrition profile that helps human body free from diseases and keep it healthy. Today i am trying to bring proper health along with taste, for this i am posting popular indian dessert Fruit cream.

 We can made it by mixing bite sized fruit pieces with fresh sweet whipped cream. So its tastier way to get kids and adults eating more and more fruits. 

Its one of the quickest recipe and you can make it in less than 10 minutes. This is perfect option for party dessert because you can make it ahead of time and just add fruits when you are ready to serve it. So lets prepare fruits cream today

Ingredients

 For cream

2 cups fresh whip cream

1/2 cup condensed milk

1 tsp vanilla essence

3 tblsp vanilla ice cream (optional)

1 1/2(1.5) cup bite-sized fruit pieces as per your choice.

 Instructions

1. Using both a chilled bowl and chilled beaters beat the cream until fluffy.

2. Add condensed milk, ice cream, vanilla essence and mix well.

 3. Now add chopped fruits pomegranate seeds,grapes and all fruit pieces into the sweet cream and mix them all together .Refrigerate and serve chilled…. Enjoy!!😊

Jal jeera is refreshing, traditional summer drink with lot of health benefits. Jal jeera not only quenches your thirst but also increases your appetite and aids in digestion. This refreshing energy drink has herbs and spices that have a cooling effect on the body and revive one’s appetite. Fresh mint and coriander leaves impart a refreshing fragrance and flavor.

Ingredients
1. Mint leaves = 1 cup
2. Coriander leaves = 1/2 cup
3. Ginger(grated) = 1/2 tsp
4. Lemon juice = 4 tbsp
5. Green chillies (chopped) = 3
6. Black salt = 1/2 tsp
7. Salt = 1/2 tsp
8. Chaat masala = 1/2 tsp
9. Rosted cumin seeds powder = 1 tsp.
10. Asafotida = 1 pinch
11. Black pepper powder = 1/2 tsp
12. Dried mango powder = 1/2 tsp
13. Chilled water = 5 cups
14. Unsweetened boondi for garnishing

Instructions

1. Grind mint leaves, coriander leaves,green chillies and ginger in blender to fine paste.

2. Add 5 cups of water and all spices.

3. Add lemon juice and stir well.

4. Strain the spice mix and squeeze all the spicy water out. Discard the roughage.

5. Garnished with boondi and serve chilled.

6. Can be served with ‘pani-puri’

*जल- जीरा*

आवश्यक सामग्री

1. पुदीना पत्ती = 1 कप
2. धनिया पत्ती = 1/2 कप
3. अदरक(कसा हुआ) = 1/2 छोटी चम्मच
4. नींबू का रस = 4 बड़ी चम्मच
5. हरी मिर्च(कटी हुई) = 3
6. काला नमक = 1/2 छोटी चम्मच
7. नमक = 1/2 छोटी चम्मच
8. चाट मसाला = 1/2 छोटी चम्मच
9. भुना हुआ जीरा पाउडर = 1छोटी चम्मच
10. हींग = 1पिंच
11. काली मिर्च पाउडर = 1/2 छोटी चम्मच
12. अमचूर = 1/2 छोटी चम्मच
13. ठंडा पानी = 4 कप
14. सजावट के लिए बूंदी(मिठासरहित)

निर्देशानुसार बनाएं

1. पुदीना पत्ती, धनिया पत्ती, अदरक,हरी मिर्च को ब्लेंडर में बारीक़ पीस लें.

2. पांच कप पानी और सभी मसाले मिला लें.

3. नींबू का रस डालकर अच्छी तरह मिलाए.

4. अब इस मसाले वाले पानी को अच्छी तरह छान लें और बचे हुए मिश्रण को फेंक दें.

5. बूंदी से सजाकर ठंडा- ठंडा परोसे

6. इसे आप पानी- पूरी के साथ भी प्रयोग में ला सकते हैं
