Mango lassi is not best just because of its taste but best for health also as it contains lot of healthy fats and Vitamins as well. So this mango lassi is a perfect combo of health pack. The best time to drink this lassi is breakfast time or it is best option during fast because it keeps your body energetic full of day.

1 cup fresh plain yogurt (chilled)
1/2 cup milk (chilled)
350 gram chopped ripe mango
2 tablespoons sugar


1. To prepare mango lassi, add all ingredients together in a blender jar.

2. Blend this mixture for about one to two minutes or puree until smooth..

4 sprigs mint

1. To prepare Arabic Champagne firstly you need to wash all fruits and vegetables.

2. Now thinly slice apple, lemon, orange.

3. Now in a pitcher add apples, oranges, ice cubes and mint leaves.

4. Pour juice and beer over them. Shake it well.

1 ripe avocado
1/2 cup ice cubes
2 table spoon sugar
1 glass chilled non-fat milk
1 tea spoon vanilla essence


1. To prepare Avocado shake we need to cut avocado in half.

2. Now scoop out the avocado flesh into a blender.

3. Add all the rest of the ingredients.Blend on medium speed in a blender till smooth.

Then pour it into two glasses serve avocado milkshake immediately.

It is simple, delicious and refreshing low-calories natural drink.

1. Coconut juice = 2 cups
2. Fresh coconut chunks = 1 tbsp
3. Kewra syrup = 1 tsp
4. Crushed ice = 1/2 cup


1. Mix all the ingredients and shake well.
2. Serve with crushed ice.


नारियल केवड़ा ड्रिंक

आवश्यक सामग्री
1. नारियल जूस = 2 कप
2. ताज़ा नारियल के महीन टुकड़े = 1 बड़ी चम्मच
3. केवड़ा सिरप = 1 छोटी चम्मच
4. पिसा हुआ बर्फ = आधा कप

निर्देशानुसार बनाएं

1. सभी सामग्री को एक साथ अच्छी तरहा मिलाएं और पीसे हुए बर्फ के साथ परोसें!!




*Thandai Recipe*

Thandai is a very popular drink in North India made during Mahasivarathri and Holi. The word thandai means a coolant. It is coolant because of the balance of milk, nuts, herbs and spices it balances the heat in the body during summers hence known as thandai. This cold drink is made mainly with milk and almond. The other ingredients which are added are saffron, poppy seeds, melon seeds, rose petals, cardamom, fennel seeds and sugar. Adding cashew and pistachios are optional.lets get ready for this summer with coolest drink of the season.


Milk = 2 cups
Sugar = 1.5 tbsp
Saffron = 6 to 8 strands
Rose essence = 2 drops

To grind to a paste
Almonds = 20
Cashews = 10
Poppy seeds = 1 tsp
Fennel seeds = 1 tsp
Cardamom powder = 1/4 tsp
Peppercorns = 10


1. Take all the ingredients listed under ‘to grind’ and soak it in water for 3 to 4 hrs.Meanwhile boil milk.
Cool down and add sugar.

2. Take a tbsp of warm milk and soak saffrons in it.

3.Add a tsp of the saffron milk mixture to the milk.Peel of the skin of almonds and grind it along with other ingredients to a fine paste.

4. Then spoon the mixture and add it to the milk.

5. Mix well and set aside for 30 minutes.Then strain it.Discard the residue.

6. Add the remaining saffron milk (which we reserved in step2) to the strained almond and cashew milk.Add 2 drops rose essence and refrigerate it for an hr and add dried rose petals.Always serve chilled.

1. ब्लेंडर में सारी आवश्यक सामग्री को डाले और एकदम स्मूथ होने तक ब्लेंड करें.
