Valencia Orange Muffins

These fresh Valencia Orange Muffins are best treat and option for morning breakfast or tea time snacks. These muffins are absolutely delicious, moist, tender and have full freshness and delicate taste of orange.

Recipe just required maximum 10 minutes to prepare and 16 to 17 minutes for bake only. To make these muffins little healthier, i am using brown sugar instead of white sugar. Although in this recipe i am using valencia oranges, but you can also use any type of orange, either Mandarine or Navel orange or whatever easily available for you.

So lets begin to prepare these flavorful muffins today.


1.5 half cup all purpose flour
1 tea spoon baking powder
1/4 cup fresh orange juice
60 gm butter (unsalted)
1 table spoon cooking oil
1/4 cup condensed milk
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 table spoon orange zest
Luke warm milk as needed
1 tea spoon orange essense
2 or 3 drops of orange food color (optional)
Pinch of salt


1. Preheat oven at 180℃. Grease moulds or paper cups.

2. Now take a big bowl and add melted butter, oil, sugar, condensed milk, orange essence, orange zest in it and mix them well.

3. Sieve and mix all purpose flour baking powder and salt together and then keep aside.

4. Now add dry and wet ingredients together, if the batter is still thick add little milk and mix well.

5. Now pour this batter into greased moulds or paper cups and sprinkle some orange zest over them.

6. Tap the moulds lightly to even the batter.

7. Place them in to preheated oven and bake at 180℃ for 15 to 17 minutes.

8. After that check the muffin by inserting a tooth pick in it. If tooth pick comes out clean, its done. If its not clean then bake them again about 3 to 4 minutes then remove from the oven and let them cool before demoulding. Serve hot or cold with hot cup of tea or coffee……😊Enjoy!!


Christmas Bundt Cake

Fruit cake is one of the key element which is always enriching Christmas celebration. It is in demand throughout the year but fruit cake is traditionally served during the Christmas and that is how more important than normal period of the year. It is full of dry fruits and nuts.

Traditional version contain rum soaked fruits but today I will share quicker and easier version of Christmas cake. This bundt Christmas cake does not contain alcohol and eggs and yet its texture is filled with moist and taste will be as equal good as having egg in it.

In this recipe, I am using all the necessary fruit cake ingredients, like dried plum, tutti fruity, cherries, dried fruits, dates and some spices to make it more flavourful. So lets begin to prepare this rich and delicious cake on Christmas celebration.


1.5 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup condensed milk
1/2 cup luke warm milk
100 gram unsalted butter (room temperature)
Pinch of salt
1/4 tea spoon nutmeg powder
Pinch of cinnamon powder
1/2 tea spoon green cardmom powder
1 table spoon vanilla essence
1 tea spoon baking powder
1/2 tea spoon baking soda
1/2 tea spoon orange zest
1/2 tea spoon lemon zest
50 gram dried plum (seedless & chopped)
50 gram tutti fruity
100 gram walnuts (chopped)
100 gram almonds (chopped)
100 gram chashew nuts (chopped)
70 gram raisins
50 gram dates (seedless and chopped)
50 gram pineapple chunks
7 to 8 cherries (chopped)
1/2 tea spoon butter for greasing the cake tin or pan


(Preheat the oven to 350 degree F or 180℃ for at least 10 minutes. And grease the cake tin with butter and set aside)

1. To prepare this rich bundt cake, first you need to take a big bowl, now add plain flour, baking powder and baking soda in it.

2. Now mix this mixture with spoon and then sieve this flour two times and set aside.

3. Now again take a big bowl and add butter, brown sugar, condensed milk in it and beat them together until mixture become fluffy.

4. Now add cinnamon powder, nutmeg powder, cardmom powder and vanilla essence in it and mix well.

5. Now add flour mixture into wet mixture and mix well. Remember do not overmix it.

6. Add orange zest, lemon zest, all nuts and fruits in it, and add milk as needed for the right consistency, then mix well.

7. Pour this batter into prepared cake pan or tin. Lightly tap it on the countertop. So batter will spread out evenly and if there are any air bubbles, will be removed as well.

8. Bake into preheat oven for 35 minutes.

9. Check the cake by inserting a toothpick in the center of the cake. If it comes out clean that means cake is ready.

Garnish as your choice and serve hot… or cold as your taste.. Merry Christmas!

Before adding mixed nuts in the batter, sprinkle some plain flour over them and spread it well .(Dusting the dried fruits with some flour before incorporating them in the batter helps in even distribution preventing them from sinking at the bottom of the cake).

Wheat Flour Chocolate Brownie(Eggless)

On the special Occasion of “Mothers Day” today i am gonna share a sweet recipe which is my all time favorite and it is as sweet as moms love.

I am dessert lover and brownies are my all time favorite. Some people like fudge brownies but i like cakey and more chocolatey.

Brownies are one of American best culinary invention. To make it more healthier i am using wheat flour instead of all purpose flour. You can prepare it in Microwave and cooker also but i am going to a share oven method.


1.5 cup wheat flour
85 gms butter
100 gms dark chocolate
3.5 table spoon Cocoa powder
1/2 cup + 2 table spoon sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 table spoon yogurt
1/4 cup milk(luke warm)
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup chopped almonds

1. To prepare Wheat flour eggless chocolate brownie we need to preheat the oven at 180℃.

2. Now mix the dry ingredients together in a big bowl – wheat flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder.

3. Now sift the mixture 2 times and set aside.

4. Now take a big bowl, add chocolate and butter together and melt it in the Microwave (at medium temp for 1.5 mins) or double boiler. Meanwhile grease the baking tin.

5. Now take it out and mix well, after mixing add sugar, vanilla, whisked yogurt and nuts together and mix it very well.

6. Now add wheat flour mixture in it and mix well, pour this mixture into the greased tin, tap it 2 to 3 times, sprinkle  some crushed chocolate and walnut over it and then bake it in preheated oven for about 25 to 30 minutes.


7. When it is cool completely, cut into squares shape and serve with hot tea and enjoy it with your mamma… Happy Mothers Day!!

Nothing can be tastier than having muffins in such cold weather along with hot cup of tea.. Its my favorite treat during winters and i am sure most of you going to like it so that is why i am sharing the easy recipe here… This is eggless recipe… In this recipe, i used all basic ingredients which are easily available in our kitchen.. If you want, you can also add any flavor as per choice to convert these muffins flavorful like chocolate, fruits etc… So lets begin this super yummy recipe with few easy steps.




1 cup refined flour

2 tblsp milk powder (Optional)

1/2 cup Melted butter

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

2 tsp vanilla essence

3 tbsp yogurt (whisked)

1/2 cup condensed milk

Luke warm milk as required

1 tblsp Chopped dryfruits  (Optional)

1 tblsp Powder sugar



1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease moulds or paper cups.


2. Take butter, condensed milk, vanilla essence and powdered sugar in a bowl and cream together till light. Sieve milk powder into the bowl and continue to mix.


3. Sieve refined flour, baking powder and baking soda into the bowl and mix it well.


4. Add whisked yogurt to correct the consistency. If the batter is still thick add a little milk and mix again .


5. Pour into the greased moulds or paper cups and sprinkle some chopped dryfruits. Tap the moulds lightly to even the batter.


6. Place them in the preheated oven and bake at 170°C for 20- 25 minutes.


7. After that check the muffin with inserting a tooth pick in it. If tooth pick comes out clean, its done. If its not clean then bake them again about 3 to 4 minutes then remove from the oven and let them cool before demoulding. Serve hot or cold with hot cup of tea or coffee……😊Enjoy!!

Eggless Nutella swirl cupcakes are so delicious, light, fluffy, moist and had no cracks on the top. Nutella swirl is best in its taste and also the perfect option to replace another topping option in cakes.This is my favorite cupcake recipe till date mainly because these cupcakes don’t need to be decorated, you just put them in the oven and they’re done. To prepare these yummy eggless cupcakes you need ingredients all purpose flour, Nutella, butter, milk, condensed milk and some basics ingredients only. So lets begin to prepare these yummy eggless nutella cupcakes now.



1 cup all purpose flour

3 tbsp sweetened condensed milk

100g nutella

60g butter

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 cup luke warm milk

1 tsp vanilla essence

1.5 tsp natural white vinegar

1tbsp sugar


1. Preheat oven to 180℃.

2. Grease cupcake tin with apply some butter or cooking oil.

3. Take a big bowl and sift flour, baking powder, baking soda twice together in it. And keep aside.

4. Now in a large bowl, add butter, condensed milk, vanilla essence and sugar together and whisk them until combined or gets creamy texture.


5. Now mix wet and dry ingredients together with the help of luke warm milk.


6. Now add vinegar and mix well.


7. Take prepared cupcake tin or moulds and fill each cup about 2/3 full with better.


8. Drop 1 tsp of nutella to each and swirl it around a few times with a toothpick.



9. Bake them for 10 to 12 minutes. Check the cupcake by inserting a toothpick in the center of the cake. If it comes out clean that means cupcake is ready and if not then bake it for another 2 to 3 minutes.

10. Let the cake cool down for 3 to 4 minutes then serve with hot tea or coffee…….Enjoy!!😊

अंडा रहित न्यूटेला चक्राकार कपकेक


आवश्यक सामग्री

1 कप मैदा

3 बड़ी चम्मच कन्डेन्स्ड मिल्क

100 ग्राम न्यूटेला

60 ग्राम मक्खन

1छोटी चम्मच बेकिंग पाउडर

आधा छोटी चम्मच बेकिंग सोडा

1/2 कप हल्का गरम दूध

1 छोटी चम्मच वैनिला एसेंस

1.5 छोटी चम्मच सफ़ेद सिरका

1 बड़ी चम्मच चीनी

निर्देशानुसार बनाएं

1. 180℃ तापमान पर ओवन को प्रीहीट करें

2. कप केक टिन को मक्खन या तेल लगाकर बेकिंग के लिए तैयार करें.

3. एक बड़े कटोरे में मैदा, बेकिंग सोडा और बेकिंग पाउडर को एक साथ दो बार छान लें. और एक तरफ रख दें.

4. अब एक बड़े कटोरे में मक्खन, कंडेंस्ड मिल्क, वैनिला एसेंस और चीनी को एक साथ क्रीमी होने तक और सब चीज़ों के आपस में अच्छी तरह मिल जाने तक फैंटे.

5. अब मैदा वाले मिश्रण को मक्खन वाले मिश्रण में, दूध की सहायता से अच्छे प्रकार से मिला लें.

6. अब इसमें सिरका डालकर अच्छी तरह मिलाएं.

7. तैयार किए गए कप केक टिन में ये मिश्रण समान मात्रा में 2/3 डालें.

8. अब एक छोटी चम्मच न्यूटेला प्रत्येक कप के केंद्र में डालें जैसा की तस्वीर में दिखाया गया है. उसके बाद एक टूथपिक की सहायता से इसे कई बार गोल- गोल घुमा दें

9. सभी कप केक को ऐसे ही तैयार करके प्रीहीटिड ओवन में 10 से 12 मिनट के लिए बेक करें. बेक होने के बाद आप टूथपिक की सहायता से चैक करें यदि टूथपिक को कपकेक के अंदर डालने पर इसके ऊपर मैदा का मिश्रण चिपका हुआ नहीं आता है तो यह तैयार हैं और यदि मिश्रण चिपका हुआ आता है तो इसे दुबारा 2 से 3 मिनट के लिए बेक करें.

10. इन कप केक को 3 से 4 मिनट तक ठंडा होने दें.उसके उपरान्त गरम चाय या कॉफी के साथ परोसें और आनंद लें…..😊

Eggless tutti fruity cake is soft rich, buttery, moist and fragrant cake which will turn as one of your favorite dessert. It is easy to bake, delight to eat, freshly baked tutti frutti cake/loaf recipe with step by step pictures-


1. All purpose flour = 1 cup
2. Wheat flour = 2 tbsp
3. Fine semolina = 1 tsp
4. Milk powder = 2 tbsp
5. Corn starch = 1 tsp (Optional)
6. Sugar = 1/3 cup
7. Butter = 80 gm(room temperature)
8. Milk = as required
9. Yogurt = 1/2 cup (whisked)
10. Condensed milk = 1/2 cup
11. Baking powder = 1 tsp
12. Baking soda = 1/2 tsp
13. Home made tutti fruity = 1/2 cup
14. Home made raisins = 2 tbsp
15. Pinch of yellow food color (Optional)
16. Vanilla essence = 1 tsp
17. Cardamom (crushed )= 1 tsp (Optional)
18. White vinegar = 1 tbsp
19. Pinch of salt
20 Plain flour for dusting = 1 tbsp





1. Preheat oven at 180℃ . Prepare a loaf tin by applying oil on it and dusting with flour.


2. Sift the all purpose flour, wheat flour, semolina, corn starch, baking powder, baking soda and pinch of salt together and mix it well.

3. Take a big bowl and add butter, condensed milk, sugar, yogurt, vanilla essence and mix it well until it turns in a creamy texture.



4. Now sprinkle some plain flour over the tutti fruity and spread it well .(Dusting the tutti frutti with some flour before incorporating them in the batter helps in even distribution preventing them from sinking at the bottom of the cake).





5. Now add the dry ingredients in the wet mixture. Mixing very well and for the right consistency add milk if needed.


6. Add tutti fruity and raisins and at last add white vinegar and then mix it well.

7. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf tin and tap well. Sprinkle some crushed cardamom .


8. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes.


9. The top should turn golden brown and a tester (tooth pick) should come out clean.



10. Allow the cake to cool for 1 hrs then slice and enjoy with Hot Tea or Coffee.

आवश्यक सामग्री

1. मैदा = 1 कप
2. आटा = 2 बड़ी चम्मच
3. सूजी = 1 छोटी चम्मच
4. मिल्क पाउडर = 2 बड़ी चम्मच
5. कॉर्न स्टार्च = 1 छोटी चम्मच ( ऐच्छिक)
6. चीनी = 1/3 कप
7. मक्खन = 80 ग्राम (साधारण तापमान का)
8. दूध = आवश्यकता अनुसार
9. दही = 1/2 कप (फैंटी हुई)
10. कंडेंस्ड मिल्क = 1/2 कप
11. बेकिंग पाउडर = 1 छोटा चम्मच
12. बेकिंग सोडा = 1/2 छोटी चम्मच
13. टूटी फ्रूटी(होम मेड) = 1/2 कप
14. किशमिश (होम मेड) = 2 बड़ी चम्मच
15. 1 पिंच पीला रंग(खाने में प्रयोग होने वाला)( ऐच्छिक)
16. वनीला एसेंस = 1 छोटी चम्मच
17. हरी ईलायची( दरदरी कुटी हुई) = 1 छोटी चम्मच (ऐच्छिक)
18. सफ़ेद सिरका = 1 बड़ी चम्मच
19. 1पिंच नमक
20. मैदा छिड़कने के लिए = 1छोटी चम्मच

(ऐच्छिक सामग्री को आप अपनी मर्जी के अनुसार प्रयोग में ला सकते हैं और मर्जी के अनुसार ही हटा सकते हैं)

निर्देशानुसार बनाएं

1. ओवन को 180℃ तापमान पर गरम करें. केक के लिए लोफ टिन को तैयार करें. टिन में थोडा तेल लगाकर उसके ऊपर मैदा छिड़के और अतिरिक्त मैदा को गिरा दें

2. मैदा, आटा, सूजी, कॉर्न स्टार्च, बेकिंग पाउडर, बेकिंग सोडा एक पिंच नमक इन सब को एक साथ छाने और अच्छी तरह मिलाएं

3. एक बड़ा कटोरा लें उसमे मक्खन, कंडेंस्ड मिल्क, चीनी, दही, वनीला एसेंस डालकर अच्छी तरह क्रीमी होने तक मिलाएं

4. अब 1 चम्मच मैदा टूटी फ्रूटी के ऊपर छिड़के और अच्छी तरह मिलाएं. ( इससे टूटी फ्रूटी केक की सतह में नहीं जमेगी).

5. अब सूखे मिश्रण को गीले मिश्रण के साथ बहुत अच्छी तरह मिलाएं और अगर मिश्रण गाढ़ा लग रहा है तो इसमें आवश्यकता अनुसार दूध मिलाकर कर मिश्रण को सही कंसिस्टेंसी का बनाएं

6. टूटी फ्रूटी व् किशमिश मिलाएं और सबसे आखिर में 1 चम्मच सफ़ेद सिरका मिलाएं और मिश्रण को अच्छी प्रकार से मिला लें

7. मिश्रण को तैयार किए गए टिन में डाले. टिन को पूरा नहीं भरे आधा ख़ाली छोड़ दें ताकि केक को फैलने के लिए पर्याप्त स्थान मिल सके. अब टिन को खटखटा कर इसके ऊपर दरदरी पिसी हरी ईलायची डालें.

8. गरम किए गए ओवन में 30 से 35 मिनट के लिए बेक करें.

9. बेक होने के बाद केक की ऊपरी सतह सुनहरी होनी चाहिए और केक के केंद्र को किसी टूथ पिक से चैक करें वो टूथ पिक केक से साफ बाहर आनी चाहिए.

10. केक को 1 घंटे तक ठंडा होने दें उसके बाद टुकड़ो में काट कर गरम चाय या कॉफी के साथ आनंद लें



Basic pizza base


🍕Basic Pizza Base Recipe🍕

1. All purpose flour = 500 gm
2. Semolina = 2 tbspn
3. Instant Yeast = 1 tsp
4. Sugar = 1/2 tsp
5. Salt = 1/2 tsp
6. Olive oil = 2 tbsp
7. Luke warm water = 1/2 cup
8. Some extra flour for dusting



1. In a large bowl, take flour, semolina, dry instant yeast, oil, sugar,salt together and mix well.

2. With the help of lukewarm water, knead a soft dough.

3. After kneading the dough, apply some oil on your hands and again knead the dough for 6 to 7 minutes until it get smooth.


4. Flatten the dough with your fist. Divide the dough into two pieces and shape the pieces into balls.

5. Spread some flour over the rolling board and place the dough ball over it.

6. With the help of rolling pin, roll it 1/2 cm thick in round shape.

7. Take one big lid or cap. Put it over rolled pizza base.

8. Press gently and make a round base. With the help of fork, prick the pizza base at some distance.

9. Now take a baking tray, place a butter paper over it and apply some some oil on it.


10. Put the pizza base over butter paper likewise prepare second pizza base and place it over butter paper.

11. Cover the pizza base with soft cotton napkin and keep them aside for 2 hrs.

12. After 2 hrs preheat oven on 200 degree centigrade and bake them for 7 minutes on same temperature.

13. Once pizza base gets freezed . Store it in refrigerator and use within five days.
🍕पिज़्ज़ा बेस🍕
आवश्यक सामग्री
1. मैदा
2. सूजी
3. इंस्टेंट ईस्ट
4. चीनी
5. नमक
6. जैतून का तेल
7. गुनगुना पानी
8. कुछ अतिरिक्त मैदा डस्टिंग के लिए

निर्देशानुसार बनाएं

1. एक बड़े बर्तन या कटोरे में मैदा,सूजी,इंस्टेंट ईस्ट, तेल,नमक,चीनी को एक साथ लें और अच्छी तरह मिला लें.

2. गुनगुने पानी की सहायता से मुलायम आटा गूथ कर तैयार करें.

3. गूथने के बाद अपने हाथों पे थोडा सा तेल लगा लें और फिर से 6 से 7 मिनट तक इसे बिल्कुल स्मूथ होने तक गूथे.

4. अब इसे हाथ में समानरूप से ले और दो समान भाग में विभाजित करें और गोल आकर दें.

5. रोलिंग बोर्ड पर कुछ मैदा छिड़के और इन गोलों को बोर्ड के ऊपर रखें.

6. बेलन की सहायता से इन्हें 1/2 सेमी. की मोटाई में बेलते हुए गोल आकृति दें

7. अब किसी गोल ढक्कन को इसके ऊपर रखें और सावधानी से नीचे की और दबा कर एकदम सही गोल आकृति में काटें

8. किसी फोर्क की सहायता से उपयुक्त दूरी बनाते हुए इसमें छेद करें

9. बेकिंग ट्रे लें अब उसमे बटर पेपर रखें और उसके ऊपर समानरूप से ब्रश की सहायता से तेल लगाएं

10. पिज़्ज़ा बेस को ट्रे में बटर पेपर के ऊपर रखें इसीप्रकार दूसरा पिज़्ज़ा बेस तैयार करके इसके साथ रखें

11. पिज़्ज़ा बेस को किसी मुलायम सूती कपडे से ढककर 2 घंटे के लिए एक तरफ रख दीजिए

12. दो घंटे बाद ओवन को 200 डिग्री सेंटीग्रेट पर गरम कीजिये और इसी तापमान पर पिज़्ज़ा बेस को सात मिनट के लिए बेक कीजिए

13. पिज़्ज़ा बेस के अच्छी तरह ठंडा हो जाने पर आप इसे फ्रिज में रखकर 5 दिन तक प्रयोग में ला सकते हैं
