Dates and yogurt contain various vitamins, minerals and othenutritions , and today i am gonna makedessert from both ingredients.

Dates are a high-fiber food, which can help you feel full longer, and yogurt is a good source of calcium, protein and probiotics. In this recipe i used raw dates but you can use any type of dates bt raw is more better from others. So lets start to prepare most healthy recipe of the year which will keep you away from some well known medicines
1 cup fresh plain yogurt
10 raw dates
1 tbsp pure honey
10 soaked & peeled almonds
1. Blend all ingredients together except half quantity of soaked almonds, until you get smooth mixture.
2. Now garnish with soaked almond and few drops of honey.
3. Eat immediately as soft-serve, or freeze 20 minutes for a chilled & firmer texture.
