Pomegranate and yogurt contain various vitamins and other nutritions, and today i am gonna make Pomegranate raita which can help you feel full longer during fasting period. Even this is very healthy dish for all age groups, because yogurt is a good source of calcium, protein and probiotics. So lets begin to prepare whisked spicy yogurt with healthy combo of Pomegranate.



1.5 cup fatfree yogurt

1/2 cup of pomegranate

1/4 tsp black pepper powder

1/3 tsp of roasted cumin powder

Rock salt to taste




1. Take a big bowl and add yogurt in it.

2. Now whisk the yogurt with a hand blender.

3. Now add Pomegranate, black pepper powder, and salt in it.

4. Mix it very well and transfer it into the serving bowl.

5. Now sprinkle some Pomegranate seeds, roasted cumin powder and black pepper powder then serve chilled…..enjoy!!
