Ingredients for mixed pickle

 

1. Carrots— 4 to 5

2. Green chilli— 6 to 7

3. Ginger—- 50gm

4. Radish—- 2

5. Oil—-150gm

6. Asafoetida—- 2 pinch

7. Mustard seeds—- 2 tbs

8. Turmeric—-3 tsp

9. Red chilli powder— 2 tsp

10. White vinegar — 1/4cup

11. Carom seeds — 1/2 tsp

12. Salt —- 1 and half tbs

13. Fenugreek seeds—2 tbs

 

How to make tasty and healthy  pickle in easy way…..

 

1. Wash all vegetables and make them dry.

 

2. Peel radishes,carrots and ginger and then cut them along with green chillies. Please cut them into different sizes as per your comfort.

 

3. Put the pan on high flame and roast carom seeds,fenugreek seed,and mustard seeds.

 

4. Grind them coarsely.

 

5. Again put the pan on high flame and heat the oil.

 

6. Add all vegetables in hot oil with all spices and mixed them properly on heat about 2 to 3 mnt then cover it, and after 15 minutes add white vinegar.

 

7. The mixed pickle is ready.

Bottle the pickle in a sterilised glass jar, place the pickle under the sunlight for 3 to 4 days. This pickle can be stored for upto 1 month.😊
